Here's a quick, delicious, refreshing, and revitalizing smoothie recipe from LIV. Simple and packed with protein and nutrients. Serves 4!
- 1 C Mango (frozen)
- 1 C Banana (frozen)
- 1 C Pineapple (frozen)
- 1 C Strawberries (frozen)
- 1/2 C Blueberries (frozen + optional)
- 1/4 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 C LIV Hemp Heart Protein Powder
- 1/4 C LIV Coconut Milk Powder
- Fresh Spring Water
Simply add all ingredients into high-speed blender in whatever order you like and fill blender with enough water to cover ingredients. Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes until fully blended and smooth. Enjoy + LIV Up!
