Quick & Delicious Tropical Coconut Milk + Hemp Heart Protein Smoothie Recipe

Man, it's been too long since we have posted. It's been a busy, busy, busy few months. We released our Matcha Latte Mix which has been great, as well as Maca and Coconut Milk Powder. More coming soon too! 

Here's a quick, delicious, refreshing, and revitalizing smoothie recipe from LIV. Simple and packed with protein and nutrients. Serves 4!

  • 1 C Mango (frozen)
  • 1 C Banana (frozen)
  • 1 C Pineapple (frozen)
  • 1 C Strawberries (frozen)
  • 1/2 C Blueberries (frozen + optional) 
  • 1/4 TSP Vanilla Extract 
  • 1/4 C LIV Hemp Heart Protein Powder 
  • 1/4 C LIV Coconut Milk Powder 
  • Fresh Spring Water

Simply add all ingredients into high-speed blender in whatever order you like and fill blender with enough water to cover ingredients. Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes until fully blended and smooth. Enjoy + LIV Up!
